How do I terminate / close my account?
To ensure a smooth termination process, kindly follow these simple steps:-
1. If you have any savings saved in your Jars, make sure to close them first. This will help in ensuring a seamless account closure process.
2. Cancel any Recurring Payments: Keep in mind that any recurring payment arrangements linked to your Boost Bank Account will stop once your account is successfully closed.
3. Ensure any remaining balance in your Boost Bank Savings Account is transferred to another bank account. You may also perform a DuitNow transfer to a trusted family member or friend if you do not possess any other Bank Account.
4. Lastly, you may reach out to our Boost Bank Customer Support agent to proceed with the termination of your Boost Bank account at support@myboostbank.co.
