1. You might have entered your PIN incorrectly. If you have forgetten your PIN, you can proceed to reset it.
2. You are not connected to a secured wifi/data connection. Please ensure you have a strong network connection and retry again.
3. You have received a log-in "Rejected" message in app. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.
