Is each insured person entitled to the individual limit or aggregate limit?
Each insured person will be entitled to individual limits in the Schedule of Benefits as set out in the Product Disclosure Sheet or the Certificate of Insurance which is sent to the Primary Traveler. However, there are some benefits which are subject to the limit below: The monetary amounts and limits of Benefits for Accidental Death/Permanent Disablement, Medical Expenses, Post Journey Medical Expenses, Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation and Repatriation of Mortal Remains will be reduced based on the following criteria:
(a) if the insured person is of aged 70 years old or above, the monetary amounts and limits of Benefits will be limited to 50%, and
(b) if the insured person is of aged at least 2 years old and below 18 years old or below 23 years old, if studying as a full time student the monetary amounts and limits of Benefits will be limited to 50%, and
(c) if the insured person is of aged below 2 years old, the monetary amounts and limits of Benefits will be limited to 10%.
