Why is my transaction at Singapore MRT (TransitLink/SimplyGo) being declined?
We’ve recently enhanced our card usage policy and card security measures to keep your funds safe. As part of this, certain transactions — such as Singapore MRT transit payments — are not currently supported. Please be rest assured your Boost Bank card remains active and working as usual.
