What should I do if my Boost Bank Debit Card is stolen or lost?
You should immediately block your Boost Bank Debit Card via Boost Bank Mobile Banking by following these steps:
- Log in to Boost Bank Mobile Banking.
- On the Card Dashboard page, click on “Manage” and then “Block Card”.
- Next, select “I lost my card” or “Someone stole my card”.
- A screen of explaining what does blocking your card means will be displayed.
- Confirm by clicking on “Block Card” button, and your Boost Bank Debit Card will be blocked immediately upon successful authorisation.
- After blocking your lost or stolen card, you may request to apply for a new replacement card.
An acknowledgement receipt and verification of the notification of the lost, stolen or unauthorized use of the Boost Bank Debit Card will be provided to the you.

Please note that a card replacement fees of RM12 will be charged in the case of lost, stolen or damaged card.
