How do l get a replacement for a damaged card?
You can request for new replacement card via Boost Bank Mobile Banking by following these steps:
- Log in to Boost Bank Mobile Banking.
- On the Card Dashboard page, click on “Manage” and then “Block Card”.
- Next, select “My card is damaged”.
- A screen of explaining what does blocking your card means will be displayed.
- Confirm by clicking on “Block Card” button, and your Boost Bank Debit Card will be blocked immediately upon successful authorisation.
- After blocking your lost or stolen card, you may request to apply for a new replacement card.
Please be aware that the new replacement card will have the same Card numbers as your damaged card. Updates will be made to its expiry date and CVC.
Upon receiving the new replacement card, kindly immediately cut your damaged card in half across the magnetic stripe and chip, and securely dispose of it.
