What should I do if my PIN has been compromised or I received an SMS alerting me about an unauthorised transaction?
If you notice an unauthorised transaction, you should immediately block your Boost Bank Debit Card to prevent any further fraudulent activity.
- Log in to Boost Bank Mobile Banking.
- On the Card Dashboard page, click on “Manage” and then “Block Card”.
- Next, select “Someone stole my card”.
- A screen of explaining what does blocking your card means will be displayed.
- Confirm by clicking on “Block Card” button, and your Boost Bank Debit Card will be blocked immediately upon successful authorization.
- After blocking your lost or stolen card, you may request to apply for a new replacement card.
