- Insufficient funds due to pre-authorization holding amount. You will need to top up your Digital Savings Account to make purchases.
- Transaction amount exceeds your daily spending limit. You can adjust the limit within the Boost Bank Mobile Banking.
- If a Card Not Present (CNP) transaction (e.g., online transaction) is declined, you may not have activated your card for online transactions. You can activate it through the Boost Bank Mobile Banking.
- If overseas transaction is declined, you may not have activated your card for overseas payment. You can activate it through the Boost Bank Mobile Banking.
